As many of you know, the past couple of months have been a slow period for me because I was recovering from what I assumed was a reaction from stress overload.
I had hit the perfect storm when I noticed my blood pressure levels go up. Towards the middle to end of September was my worst point, and my body has been re-calibrating since.
Though I haven’t been out of the woods yet, it seemed to keep coming in waves and some days worse than others, but overall it seems I’ve improved.
I’ve ran it by nutritional and health experts, and I even spoke with the doctor this past week. I have some more blood work to get done at the first of the year just to be sure that all is well, but so far all conclusions seemed to be agreeing with me. It sounds like some kind of anxiety and stress related shut down.
