Do you ever do things just because? I feel like many of us over-complicate the process of loving life with processes for loving life. Either that or we just over-complicate everything with fears of getting it all wrong.
As if we’re going to somehow get to our last breath holding a deep satisfaction that we did everything perfectly right. We found out exactly how to love and live happily, dotted all of our I’s, crossed all of our T’s, and set all the right boundaries in place so nothing could ever go wrong.
Sounds lovely, sounds perfect, and perhaps in a perfect world, that’s a possibility.
But for most of us, we were born into a world full of mistakes, errors, trials, heartaches, wars and bad dreams. That’s just the truth, and truth we’ve had to swallow for a very long time.
